Bradford Street was closed for a few days to fit some metal posts with the intention of protecting the buildings that have been damaged by lorries.

However, who'll protect the posts? [Updated: 21 Mar 2007]

Several have been bent double and when I took these pictures, on 22 Feb 2007, some were in retreat!
