We chose the coldest day of the Christmas to go to Tunbridge Wells. There was no extra snow whilst we were there but the temperature never rose above zero. I was a dim-wit and forgot the hat that Father Christmas left in my stocking.

This is the Star and Garter just before its demolition. [It's not you ... it's a fuzzy picture from a mobile 'phone in a moving car]

After some heavy rain early in December I happened to be waiting outside Waitrose in Tonbridge and noticed some interesting patterns on the metal pillars.

I was one among many that watching Kent's "home" team playing in the Liberty Trophy at Tunbridge Wells Royals.

I don't recall any rain today yet the seat inside the shelter at Sevenoaks station had a puddle of water. This, I detected, through the seat of my trousers :-(
I played my second representative match for the Angel Indoor Bowls Club this weekend.
